Shipping policy

We strive to process all orders promptly, typically within a couple of days. However, order processing usually takes 5 to 6 business days. Please note that during peak periods, such as Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

We operate with two warehouses, one in Queensland and one in New South Wales. Most orders are dispatched from our NSW warehouse located at 902 Military Rd, Mosman, NSW 2088.

Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment in full.

The Customer agrees to inspect each product upon delivery and will be deemed to have accepted the Local Basket products in good condition unless the Customer notifies us in accordance with The Local Basket Refund Policy.

Tracking and delivery estimated dates are provided, but If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office or courier collection point. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive a notification and instructions on where to go and collect your package or reschedule delivery. 

Due to a huge selection sometimes items may go out of stock. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible regarding your amended order.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation.

FREE Shipping for all orders over $100.

Orders under $100:

-NSW/ACT Orders: standard delivery flat fee $9.90 + GST. Processing time & dispatching is 3-4 business days and delivery is within 3-5 business days.

- QLD/VIC/TAS: standard delivery flat fee $14.99 + GST. Processing time & dispatching is 3-4 business days and delivery is within 4-8 business days.

- NT/SA/WA: standard delivery flat fee $19.99 + GST. Processing time & dispatching is 3-4 business days and delivery is within 4-8 business days. Western Australia, Northern Territory & rural areas may take longer.

Please note that due to the volume of orders sometimes the packing process can take longer, if that is the case our customer service support will get in contact. If you are concerned about your delivery please contact us.

The Local Basket does not warrant that a product will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any loss that arises by virtue of late delivery.
